Zoe’s life is in the doldrums. She needs something to happen to shake her up. But when she agrees to let old Uni chum Ruth, stay on her sofa for a few nights, she can hardly imagine how her Life is about to be blown to shreds..
For Ruth is an actress, unemployed and angry about it. She longs to be on a stage, just for once, with someone she can actually respect.
A one-woman show will do it. A show about an icon of feminism and paint, and the owner of the proudest eyebrows ever to knock seven shades of shit out of the patriarchy. And Zoe has no choice but to hold on tight for a white-knuckle ride into the depths of narcissistic theatricality..
