Our venue is fully air-conditioned which is perfect for those summer days! So have no fear, you can enjoy our performances in cool environments

You can take your drinks in with you!

You are allowed to take your drinks into the venue. We do ask that you return your glasses back to the bar at the end of the performance!

Box Office & Ticket Collection

We provide E-tickets to all of our customers at The Golden Goose Theatre.


Please bring either a printout of your tickets or ensure it is available on a scannable device (such as a mobile phone). 


We are a level access venue and have ramped access into the building and auditorium from street level. We have multiple-level access bathrooms and now have a fully wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the bar area of the building. 

We offer one complimentary Personal Assistant ticket for disabled patrons who require a carer to attend a performance. We define a Personal Assistant as someone you require to facilitate your visit to The Turbine Theatre and without whom you would be unable to attend.

Our Safety Measures

We are dedicated to ensuring the Golden Goose theatre is a safe space for those we welcome through our doors. Please help us to achieve this by adhering to our coronavirus measures during your visit. If you have any queries, our box office staff will be happy to help, or you can get in touch prior to your visit.

What you can do...

  • We ask please not come to the theatre if you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.

What we will do...

  • We are ensuring our auditorium and bar areas are cleaned regularly.

  • We will ensure areas are kept ventilated.

  • Our Bar and Foyer area opens 1 hour prior to the performance start time.
